Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. The wrapping of our flowers will vary from the images on our website, you may specify if you would like your flowers wrapped in paper or a specific colour of cellophane, but this is not always guaranteed due to product change and availability. Where our designs include a sundry item like a Floral box, vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
